Calmwater Coaching was founded by Dr Claudia Paoloni, a frontline doctor with medical experience at senior level for 24 years, both as a consultant and as a medical manager in an ever changing NHS. 

She has a full understanding and experience of the challenges and demands of successfully delivering and managing care in an organisation under pressure., having led and delivered  major transformational service delivery and work force change and held a Clinical Director tenure for 3 years in a major teaching hospital. 

Currently Dr Paoloni has a Board position as a Non Executive Director at Great Western NHS Hospital she has a wealth of Board experience and in effectively chairing Board subcommittees.

She is a coach and mentor for NHS South West region and is accredited as a Civil and Commercial mediator.
